Tornadus And Thundurus

Thundurus and Tornadus.  They're hard to find, I guess.  To find them, go past Route 10, and a guy will tell you about an unusual storm on Route 7.  Go there, and an old lady will take you in her house and talk about Thundurus in White, or Tornadus in Black.  Then leave and you see the Pokemon that she told you about.  It will run.  To track it down, go to an electric bulletin board.  It will say right off the bat that there is an unusual storm at a Route.  That is where to look.  The problem is they always run away right after your first move.  To prevent them from leaving, have a Pokemon use Mean Look, since it prevents Pokemon from running, or send out Wobbufet or Wynaut, as they have the ability Shadow Tag, which also prevents Pokemon from running.  Once you have their health low, try using a Quick Ball and you should catch it.  By the way, if you bring Thundurus and Tornadus to the Abundant Shrine, Landorus will appear.  Landorus is at Level 75 and knows Rock Slide, Earthquake, Sandstorm, and Fissure.
