Smeargle
I think that Smeargle has an awesome move. Using Sketch, Smeargle can take one of the opponent's moves! So basically, Smeargle can learn anything. The problem is Sketch takes up a turn, and Smeargle has low stats. But still, if Smeargle can survive the turn, then Sketch away!
