Cloning Pokemon

Yep, it's possible to clone Pokemon!  One way is to trade Pokemon, but turn off the power right after the trade finishes.  Then, one of the traded Pokemon will be on both games, and the other will be on none.  Also, with HeartGold and SoulSilver, send a Pokemon to your PokeWalker, then turn off the power right after it is finished.  However, when you try to send it back, you will be forced to release it.  I would tell you why, but I forgot.  Oops.

  1. Hey! This is Oridom! I tried trading and then turned off the games(I traded using diamond version and platinum version) When I turned on bothe games and they bothe said "the saved file has been corrupted". Then both games started where I left off. I checked my party and PC in both games and there wheren't any clones of the pokemon that I traded. What did I do wrong?

  2. I don't know why it didn't work. I never tried this, because corrupted your data can delete it all. (You got lucky.) I got this off of Bulbapedia. I believe that one should be in both games. If you checked, then it didn't work. If you want, I'll try it and tell you what happens.
